More Katrina Dogs Coming to Los Angeles - We Need Your HELP!

Hello Everyone!

We have 2 more groups of Katrina dogs coming to Los Angeles!

The first group of about 22 dogs are scheduled to arrive either tomorrow night (Wed) or Thurs. morning. We will need a small group of volunteers - 20 or so to help with the intake outake of these animals.

We will be conducting the intake outake in Venice if they arrive Wed. evening and in North Hollywood if they arrive Thursday morning. If you can commit to either day, please email me back and let me know. Also please let me know if you were a volunteer last week at the Torrance location.

Bobby from New Leash on Life is heading to New Orleans tomorrow and is anticipating bringing as many as 100 dogs back with him next week Friday - October 7th. We will need a large group of volunteers to help with intake and outake on this day. If you are available to volunteer, please let me know.

These are likely the last of the Katrina dogs to come to Los Angeles. If you can help in any way - donations, volunteering, fostering, or if you have contacts with rescue organizations or vet hospitals that may be able to help, please let me know.

Warmest regards,

Kim

Be prepared for the next national hurricane center or find another one that's similar. As the Boy Scouts say: "Be Prepared"!
